Shipping & Handling: Please note it is a breach of our conditions to ask for the goods to be delivered to an address other than that of the cardholders or an agreed delivery address stated on your order. It is also a breach of our conditions to deliberately allow a signature for delivery by a person not known and trusted by the customer. If goods are delivered to the given address and signed for on behalf of the customer, then the customer will be liable for payment of the goods in full.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days.


Order Confirmation: When you place your order you will always receive an order confirmation from us via E-Mail. If you don’t receive confirmation within 2 hours then please contact our support team at info@hermitageoils.com and we will investigate this for you straightaway.


Returns & Refunds: We will completely refund the full price of your order if you are not satisfied with the delivered goods, except where you are returning goods due to an unwillingness to pay any import fees to your local government which we are not liable for. You must notify us by E-Mail quoting your order “Purchase Transaction ID” number within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will only be eligible for a full refund if the goods are returned to us intact, unopened and unused. You will be responsible for the delivery charges to return the goods to Hermitage Oils. If you have not notified us within 14 days from receipt of the goods, both parties agree that the sale is concluded and payment has been authorised by yourself. Your account will be refunded in full on receipt of the goods been returned to Hermitage Oils in a satisfactory condition. Orders refunded will be subject to the bank fees we had been charged to take the order and the bank fees to return the money both being deducted from the refund.

Re-Delivery Of Your Parcel: If your goods are returned to Hermitage Oils, due to insufficient address details being supplied by yourself, then you will be liable to pay for the re-delivery costs.


Dispatch Timescales: Please note although we turn orders around extremely quickly we ask customers to please see our guideline below that provides a rough estimate as to when you should expect your order to have been dispatched.

Italy – 4 working days of cleared payment. Delivery should be within 2 working days of dispatch.
Rest Of Europe – 4 working days of cleared payment. Delivery should be within 4 working days of dispatch.
